Deadline to request a refund

  • We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Conditions to be eligible for a refund

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns of used, altered, or non-resalable products will not be accepted.

  • Returns are not accepted on promotional, personalized, or sale items unless they arrive defective.

Process for making a return

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us first at dubina.brand@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once authorized, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the address provided.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, Dubina will cover the costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is due to our error or a defect in the product.

Damaged or defective items

  • If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can offer you a solution.

Changes

  • We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you'll need to make a new purchase once you receive your refund.
