Process for making a return

Once authorized, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, Dubina will cover the costs.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
